Reorganization Plans in Uncertain Economic Times, Secure Transactions, Evidence in Chapter 11 Cases and More to Be Discussed at ABI's 2025 Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy Conference
Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI’s) 2025 Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy Conference will be held at the Chateaux Deer Valley in Park City, Utah, June 11-13. The conference brings together regional judges and top practitioners for two days of interactive and informative programming on timely insolvency topics. An interactive luncheon session will feature an economic outlook discussion between Charvi Gupta of Getzler Henrich & Associates LLC (New York) and Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Anderson (D. Utah; Salt Lake City). Conference registrants have the opportunity to earn up to 9/11.7 hours of CPE/CLE credit, including up to 1.5 hours of ethics specialty credit.

In addition, the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation’s Mountain Desert Chapter will be presenting a separate program in conjunction with the conference: “Beyond the Buzzword: DEI in Practice with Camille Bent.”
The judicial co-chairs for the 2025 Rocky Mountain Bankruptcy Conference are Bankruptcy Judges Kevin R. Anderson (D. Utah; Salt Lake City) and Michael E. Romero (D. Colo.; Denver), and the program co-chairs are Matthew T. Faga of Markus Williams Young & Hunsicker (Denver) and Ellen E. Ostrow of Foley & Lardner LLP (Salt Lake City).
