Lease Issues in Bankruptcy, AI, Regulatory Changes Affecting Consumers/Consumer Bankruptcy and More to be Discussed at ABI's Northeast Bankruptcy Conference and Consumer Forum July 14-16

Alexandria, Va. – Attendees will join a faculty comprised of 11 active and retired judges, top practitioners and leading academics at ABI’s 2025 Northeast Bankruptcy Conference and Consumer Forum, taking place July 14-16 at the Omni Mt. Washington Resort & Spa in Bretton Woods, N.H. The conference is eligible for up to 7.5 hours of general CLE credit in 60-minute-hour states, and 9 hours of CLE credit are pending in 50-minute-hour states. Co-chairs for the Northeast Bankruptcy Conference are Matthew Flynn of Verdolino & Lowey, P.C. (Foxborough, Mass.) and Benjamin W. Loveland of WilmerHale (Boston). Bankruptcy Judge Peter G. Cary (D. Robert E. Girvan, III of the Weiner Law Firm, P.C. (Springfield, Mass.) and Kate E. Nicholson of Nicholson Devine PC (Cambridge, Mass.) are the co-chairs of the Northeast Consumer Forum.
